1 dozen eggs
2 lbs shaved ham
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans Ro-Tel
Mix all ingredients together pour into pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
*Ask the butcher to "shave" the ham. Shave means sliced as thin as possible. I tell them paper thin and it doesn't matter if it falls apart.*
