1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3/4 sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1. cream together butter and sugar.
2. add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Add dry ingredients
4. Roll out to 1/4" thick. Use cookie cutter
5. Bake in oven for 7-9 mins at 350. I usually bake mine for the full 9 minutes.
Cool and then frost.
Frosting:
1 8 ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla
16 oz. (1 bag) powdered sugar
